This course is intended for a driver obtaining a Class B CDL for the first time. Passenger or School Bus endorsements require additional endorsement-specific ELDT when applicable.

What happens after the theory course
The driver must also complete required behind-the-wheel training and pass all applicable state knowledge and skills tests. Theory completion by itself does not grant a Class B CDL.
